3 year Smartnet SKUs (3SNT, 3SNTP) - cost is 15% not 20.95%

Standard Smartnet: 15%

PSS - 34%

Xaas/Saas - 20% or 42%

DNA - 42%

Licensing - 42% (Always confirm in price list)

 

  1. Use either Connect Dots, DPP price file, or Price Search on the List Price Catalog to obtain the correct list price and cost for the SKU that needs to be added

  1. Using the latest version of the Part Add Spreadsheet enter the following information:
    1. Create a Synnex part number by adding a prefix and a dash to the beginning each part
      1. For standard services parts use’ CSC’ as a prefix
      2. For CBN parts use ‘CBN’ as a prefix
      3. Examples of both:

  1. Enter the Manufacturer Part into column B
  2. Enter the Vendor Number in column C
    1. CSC – 64956
    2. CBN – 64460
  3. Enter the VPC Code in column D
    1. ‘TS’ for standard Smartnet
    2. ‘AS’ for Advanced Services
  4. Enter the Product Code in column E
    1. 9210 for Hardware
    2. 9211 for Smartnet
  5. Enter Description from the price file or page in column H and I
  6. The following columns should already be addressed and can be left alone:
    1. F, G, J-W, Y, AA-AF, AH, AK-BI
  7. Enter the List Price in column Z
  8. Enter the Cost in column X
  9. Enter the Authority Program in column AG
    1. Cisco – 5986
  10. Check to see that IP (Intangible Part) is entered in column AJ
  11. Save the file and send to the Purchasing team to have them load the part
